I decided to make a dress out of rust dyed fabric.
My final piece as a whole is this: the cut-out dress is placed next to the book, as if a woman is standing next to it telling her own experience with the birth control ring.

With regard to the dress, my idea was to put metal threads through the folds, and by drawing and pulling on the threads, the skirt of the dress could be pulled tight and the lower part of the person's body wrapped around it.

In using a hot melt gun, starting from unskilled, sometimes the glue spills over, but the mistakes work better unexpectedly.
I decided to key out the hot melt particles from the scrap paper to add visual interest to the content of my image.
