Week 10 - Design Develop 3

I referred to the book for making a halter dress.

I felt that the dress I had produced so far did not have a strong enough sense of pleating and being wrapped, so I decided to string the lines of the pleated parts together with wire, in order to enhance the sense of wrapping.
