Nowadays, it is common for people around the world to opt for marriage tests before they get married in order to detect the inheritance of the disease. And for Down's syndrome screening to check for genetic abnormalities when women become pregnant.

But some congenital genetic diseases, which cannot be cured in advance by technology and medical treatment, often accompany the birth of a baby and can only be predicted as a possibility by scientific methods before the baby is born.
